Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will initially undergo a training period to understand our software solutions, business processes, and project workflows. After training, the role will involve requirement analysis, functional consulting, client communication, software testing, and coordination with the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and assist in translating them into functional specifications.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs, clarify requirements, and provide necessary updates.
- Assist in functional consulting activities, including understanding business workflows and suggesting suitable software solutions.
- Prepare and maintain requirement documents, process flows, and project-related documentation.
- Perform software testing to verify functionality, identify issues, and ensure solutions meet the specified requirements.
- Coordinate with developers to report bugs, clarify requirements, and track issue resolution.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist clients in validating implemented solutions.
- Learn and understand ERP systems, business processes, and project implementation methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, or a related field.
